About Mo

I am two generations of refugees and service is in my DNA. I am called to be a leadership space holder, bringing together courage, compassion and humanity (and usually with some music and play too). I'm motivated by my ancestors and my descendants to come, as I am part of broader journey.I have worked with social justice leaders in 25+ countries, from South Sudan to Sheffield. To be honest, for some of my 'career' I have been part of the problem without realising it.I've run emerging leaders programs for over 1000 leaders over five years, so next year, I thought - what if that was in one year? How would the world change? This project is born out of wanting a different conversation across the world and empowering everyone to take action with loving awareness. These days I focus on c-level and team support to feel more connected, rooted and courageous (and get sh*t done). The more branded version of me is here on Linkedin.

About Iris

I see self-improvement and success not as an end, but a means toward community self-determination. Coaching beyond personal growth in the pursuit of collective freedom. For people like myself, pursuing health and well-being is a criminal act in countries all over the world. This is increasingly true within the United States as well. I'm dedicated to passionately leverage the tool of coaching to compassionately pursue justice through care, and care through justice.
